First Midwest became a Lake County Partners (LCP) Charter Investor in 1998. To date, we have invested close to $1 million dollars in LCP since inception. The Bank has played an important role in the substantial growth of the Lake County economy through our continued financial commitment.
My goal in this role is to continue this shared history and commitment between Old National Bank and LCP to help grow the Lake County economy and in return, create jobs and other opportunities for the businesses and residents of Lake County.

Your new Environmental, Social and Governance Report highlights the bank's commitment to corporate social responsibility. What is at the heart of this strategy?
